T.I.M. (Technical Inspection & Measurement) Test Systems provides an engineering platform for non-destructive testing (NDT), including ultrasonic flaw detection, X-ray pipeline inspection, and 3D laser geometry scanning. Services are intended for quality control and measurement in industrial sectors such as aerospace and oil & gas.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of data provided, compliance with all applicable laws and industry standards (e.g., ISO), and ensuring their use of the platform does not compromise safety or security. Users must not misuse the service to generate fraudulent or misleading inspection reports.
Our platform provides analytical tools and data visualization. T.I.M. Test Systems is not liable for decisions made based on platform outputs, any consequential damages, or failures in detection. All inspections should be verified by certified personnel. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service feature at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for users who violate these terms. Users may terminate their use at any time by ceasing to use the platform.
Fees for services are specified in separate pricing agreements. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change fees with 30 days' prior notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
